All classes will take place through Zoom  (which is an application that is similar to Skype). I personally love  Zoom because it's simple to use and is very reliable. All you have to do  is click the link in the reminder email that will go out each week, and  you'll be connected to me for the live Meditation Group. 

You will be able to access the live lessons on your computer, smart phone, or tablet device.
