These 30mn are especially tailored for you. We will explore the art of Tea & Zen as a way to quiet the mind and create a window of time and space for serenity.
10 to 15mn on the massage table (fully clothed) to quickly rebalance your energetic system, followed by a ceremonial offering of a cup of matcha tea, within which I will be facilitating breathing, presence through your senses and grounding.
