In this day and age, everything is fast paced, exponentially so.
As much as I always support my patients in stepping into action, many of us freeze and "taking the plunge" seems impossible. It is important to create space for reflection, not to bring in fears, but to be with our bodies as we sense and feel our path forward.
In somatic work, we allow our minds to "relax" and dive within our body's sensation for feedback. Mindfully quieting our gorgeous brain and the constant dialog of the "inner critic" and its multitude of other inner actors, we create space to bring inner wisdom to the conversation. Mindfulness and Somatic feedback is a deeply transformative process to inform our path forward.
